Terms of Service

1. Service Description

CloudRig provides on-demand virtual machines with dedicated NVIDIA GPUs, accessible via a browser-based studio or SSH from any device. Machines are provisioned on our third-party GPU infrastructure partners and billed per second of active use. CloudRig is available to individual users; each account is tied to one registered individual, who is responsible for all activity and billing on that account.

2. Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• CloudRig is not available to individuals or entities located in, or accounts registered from, Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba. We enforce this by blocking access from IP addresses in these countries, by refusing registration with an email address or phone number from them (and sign-in with such an email address), and by refusing payments whose billing country is one of them. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to violate it.

3. Billing and Credits

• CloudRig uses a prepaid credit system. You add credits to your account and usage is deducted per second while a machine is running.
• All payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment partner. By adding credits, you agree to our payment processor's terms of service.
• Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase upon request.
• If your balance reaches zero, running machines will be automatically stopped to prevent negative balances.
• Machine state (disk, installed software) is preserved for 24 hours after stopping. After 24 hours, stopped machines and their data are permanently deleted, normally within the following hour.
• You are only charged while a machine is running, not while it is starting up. If a machine you deploy does not start within 10 minutes (for example because the GPU host it was assigned to fails), we cancel the deploy and release the host, and you are not charged for it. You can deploy again straight away. If a stopped machine you restart does not start within 10 minutes, it is returned to the stopped state with its disk kept until the end of its original 24-hour window, and you are not charged.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CloudRig for:

• Any illegal activity, including distributing malware, unauthorized access to other systems, or violation of applicable laws.
• Cryptocurrency mining or any form of blockchain proof-of-work computation.
• Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or network abuse.
• Storing or distributing content that exploits minors.
• Reselling or sublicensing access to CloudRig machines without authorization.
• Any activity that degrades the service for other users or damages infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice and without refund.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for machine availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. CloudRig depends on third-party GPU infrastructure partners and factors outside our control. If a running machine stops working because of a fault on our platform or on the GPU host it runs on, we credit the time you lost — email support@cloudrig.space with the machine ID and we will apply it to your balance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudRig and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount of credits you have purchased in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

• You may close your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to maintain a valid payment method when required.
• Upon termination, any running machines will be stopped and data will be deleted. Unused credit refunds upon termination are at our sole discretion.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. Continued use of CloudRig after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. The courts of Poland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
