Cancellation Policy

1. Pay-As-You-Go

CloudRig is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no subscriptions, no contracts, and no minimum commitments. You are only charged for the time your machine is actively running. You are never locked in to any ongoing payment obligation.

2. Stopping a Machine

You can stop any running machine at any time from your dashboard. Billing stops immediately when the machine enters the stopped state. Your machine state, files, and installed software are preserved for 24 hours after stopping, giving you time to resume work. After 24 hours, stopped machines may be recycled and data permanently deleted.

3. Remaining Credits

When you stop using the service, any unused credits remain in your account. Credits do not expire. You may request a refund of unused credits within 14 days of purchase by contacting our support team. See our Refund Policy for full details.

4. Account Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your account, you can initiate a deletion request from the Profile page in your dashboard, or by contacting us at support@cloudrig.space. Upon receiving your request, we will stop any running machines, remove your personal data, and delete your account within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.

5. Data Deletion

Following account deletion, all personal data associated with your account will be removed from our systems within 30 days. Machine data and files are deleted immediately upon account closure. Billing records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
