Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

CloudRig accepts Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely by our PCI-compliant payment partner. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

2. Credit-Based System

CloudRig operates on a prepaid credit system. You add credits to your account before using any services. Credits are deducted in real time while a machine is running, billed per second of active use. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges — you only pay for the compute time you consume.

Minimum top-up amounts may apply. You can view your current balance and transaction history at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Pricing is shown per hour but billed per second of active use. Current rates are displayed on the pricing page and during the deployment process. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

There are no hidden fees. The price shown at deployment is the rate you will be charged for that machine tier.

4. Refunds

Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase upon request. Credits that have been partially or fully used are not eligible for a refund. To request a refund, contact us at support@cloudrig.space. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

5. No Hidden Fees

CloudRig does not charge setup fees, cancellation fees, or inactivity fees. Stopped machines do not incur charges. The only costs are the credits you purchase and the compute time you use.
